Hope you are doing well

At 420 marks it is very difficult to predict whether you will get any government medical seat Or not.
According to last year's cutoff, you need atleast 580+ marks for getting any government medical college in obc category.

But yes you can get private medical colleges at these marks. Some of the private medical college are:-

Kalinga Institute of medical science
Dr. Dy patil medical college, Pune
Symbiosis Institute of medical science
