Dear aspirant!
Well if you want government Medical college then at your marks 423 your  chances are quite low  because no. Of candidates participating in exam are more therefore competition is also high .
But as you are belonging from  bc- e  reservation  then you may get chance  in lower Medical college  .
Because  for even backward class too you must need to score atleast 495 ++ marks   
( estimated figure only) .
So participate in NEET ug counseling session may be you  get the chance in 2 nd or further level.
