with this score it is not possible for you to get a government medical college. The cut offs are expected to be more than last year And your score is quite less for it.you can get a private college. But the fees in private college is very high and difficult to afford. So you should give one more attempt for the exam.

Hey, you won't be able to get a good government college with 428 marks.. To get a government college in Obc category one must score around 450 to 500 marks.. Good luck.. Hope this helps..
