I got 435 marks in Neet 2019. I belong to OBC and domicile is UP. Is there any chance of getting a good college, either govt or private?

As per your score the chances are less to get a seat in Government Colleges under All India Quota & state quota seats. You can have the chance to get the private colleges, if you share with us your NEET All India Rank here I can help you about Private/ Deemed Universities.
