Yes  you  do have some chances of getting BAMS in your preferred college. But the chances are not much as you belong to the general category. 450+ is a good score for that. But do try. You can also get MBBS in some private colleges with this score. You can also try for that.  I cannot tell the exact colleges you can get as the cutoff varies every year.
