Hello,
Your rank is expected to be around 1,10,000. In 2018 a candidate belonging to BC-A category with rank 122092 secured seat in VR Siddhartha Engineering college in civil engineering. Considering this you have decent chances of getting seat. However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
