Honestly your marks is a bit low to get some good colleges through eamcet and just on the basis of marks one can't predict your rank and the chances of getting your college because there are other conditions that needs to be considered while deciding the cut offs like choices filled by the candidates, number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs.

You can try for some lower cut offs colleges like NKBR institute of Science and Technology.
