Dear Sir/ Ma'm, with a score of 440 marks in the NEET UG 2019, you cannot expect any seat in the 15% All India Quota Counselling as the cut-offs in the national pool are considerably very high even for reserved category students. So, focusing on your state counselling would yield you better results given the fact that you are from a reserved category. Since, you haven't provided us with your domicile state, we could not come up with more detailed information.

Hello aspirant!
Answering your question-
Congratulations for your decent score in Neet.As you scored good marks in your exams you can easily grab a seat in MBBS college under reserved category.
As per last year NEET cut off, candidates belonging to UR category are required to score at least 119 marks (out of 720) in order to qualify NEET2019, while OBC/SC/ST category candidates need a minimum of 96 marks to qualify.
Hope you got your answer.
