You have got 445 marks in NEET exam in 2021. As you have asked for free seat being a bcb category student in Andhra Pradesh medical colleges so it is not possible for no way to established your idea of free seat. Does coronavirus will get the better college for  yourself. There is some medical colleges in Andhra Pradesh  and in India where   colleges are  subsidized by government aid and there the fees very low for this may be called the free seats. Got in NEET exam 2021 it is possible for you to get a private college only.
