dear hardik ,these marks are very less to secure a goverment seat in all india quota as the cutoff for NEET UG 2019 went very high due to which the students getting above 500 are also worried about their colleges.And about state cutoffs ,with this score you may face difficulty getting colleges there too.So , be prepare for the cutoffs and attend cousellings.
