See the marks u have scored is just above the cut off score as per the previous years record. The paper this year was bit low so cutoff might rise.

That's why ur marks are enough for u to get admissioned in any of the NITs for pursuing ur further higher studies. See u have taken 2 years drop which means u are already lagging 2 years than ur batchmates.

So it's my advice that u should be focusing on the colleges which take admission of the low marks students or give some other entrance exam for ur further studies. As sticking to this is no solution until u get some of the result.

There are many ways and opportunities to come in life to make u successful. Be positive think ahead and do whatever is best for u in ur criteria. Hope u got my point. Ask if u are having any query. Feel free to ask that.
