Hey Sandeep,
The Cutoff on average for this year is about 490+ marks to get a government medical college, if one belongs to reserved category (in your cade it is OBC category) on average he or she is required to score at least 450+ marks to get a government medical college.
But it might be possible that you get the one if you have the state domicile (a beneficial point) and your category can also play a beneficial role in your admission.
A good private medical college is still in the way for you.
