              Hope you are doing well.As far as your KCET rank is conserned i.e 45228 it is not possible for you to get admission into top colleges in Bangalore of your desired branch.As the least cut off mark to get an admission into top colleges in previous year is 25000 for civil,17000 for cse ,19500 for ECE ,23000 for EE,20000 for ME.Instead you can appear for their private exams and get admission into them.
