I got 455 marks in neet2019. I belong to ews category and Haryana state quota. Can I get MBBS/BDS govt seat?

The cut off percentile for the ews category is about 50% 

So you might as well have a very good chance of getting an MBBS seat in a government college!

The chances of getting the govt. seat in MBBS are less because the govt. institute needs 500+ marks for the admission. The EWS category will be applied only if the state has approved the admission through that category. Otherwise you have to apply through general category only. In haryana the cutoff marks for govt. medical college in last year were 506 and for the govt. dental college were 486. The cutoff marks for the EWS category are still not out and cannot be predicted.
