You cannot get a government medical college for sure with this marks in Rajasthan since even last year the least cutoff was 560 marks from GMC Dungarpur. This year cutoffs have even increased further since the number of candidates had increased and also the paper level was called easy comparatively. You cannot even get private MBBS colleges this year with this marks sorry to say this. 

You may think of taking a drop and coming with more better marks next year if you so willingly need MBBS or else go for other courses like BAMS BHMS or BPT.
