As per your question, according to your rank you may get seat of VVIT in some branches as per you EWS category. You may get branches like:-

1) ECE:-closing rank in around 63k as per last year trends

2) CIVIL:-1.22lakh closing as per last year trends

3) MECHANICAL:-1.23lakh closing rank as per last year trends.

These are the branches which you may get as per last year trends with a fees structure of 3.52lakh .

Congrats for getting good rank in AP EAMCET. According to last some years cut offs sorry to say but you have very very less chances of getting admission into this institution. The highest cut off rank is 34000 for the civil branch in the last year and as you rank is very much greater than that so you have very less chances of admission.
