Medical seat cutoffs depends on various factors like number of seats available, number of applicants, results of NEET 2020 ,difficulty level of the exam etc. Since you are from open category getting government BAMS seat is little difficult under All India Quota, a minimum 500+ is considered safe under AIQ quota.
