Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Maharashtra according to your profile and category as OBC because NT-2 category gets reserved under OBC category for NEET Counselling.

So on such marks and category you have very low chances of getting private medical colleges for MBBS under state quota according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the lowest cut-off marks was 487 for Ashwini Rural Medical College Hospital and Research Centre, Kumbhari under Home state quota for OBC category.
