I got 46k in ap eamcet nd i'm SC category did I get in which colleges.my preference group is bsc nursing

With this rank, you have no chance of getting B.Sc. Nursing through AP Eamcet despite you being from the SC category.

Since the cutoff rank for the SC category is 13000. However, you can try for other colleges available through many other entrance exams.
