hi,

for admission in old iits your gate score is low. but you can apply in ms of iit guwahati. for admission in MS gate score requirement is low. and yoy also may apply in nit durgapur for power electronics and drives stream. there are a few good private colleges where there own entrance examination is conducted for mtech. like BITSHD, vit etc.
