Since you'll get girls quota and also belong to the Schedule Tribe category, thus you will get the benefit of quota in quota. 48 percentile for you is not a bad score. You may get admission in the following NITs:

NIT Nagaland
NIT Meghalaya
NIT Arunachal Pradesh
