Hi aspirant, as per your marks in NEET 2019, you will not get seat under All India quota, but you can surely apply under state quota for your respective state. As you have not mention your state so I can't help you further. So for any further query,feel free to ask.

you have scored pretty good marks. But if your thinking to get a seat in private college or to pursue BDS, BHAMS,BAMS then you should definitely go for all india counselling. There may be some chances to get a seat a/c to ur state cut off in BDS/BAMS/BHAMS. If u are interested in these then you should go for it also it depends to which category you belong.
