I got 484 marks in neet 2019 AIR obc rank is 24000 i am from up can i get any government college in up through state quota obc candidate

Hello.
Based upon the previous year Cutoff only 2 colleges had a cutoff lower than 500 those were Motilal Nehru medical college, Allahabad and lala Lajpat Rai memorial medical college. You can try for these colleges but nothing could be said with complete surety as the cutoff varies every year from state to state and college to college. And the cutoff for up goes quite high.

Hello,
Based upon your score in NEET 2019 and the previous year cutoff, chances would be less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota. But since you have state quota and an obc candidate ,You  have good chances for admission to colleges under state quota.
