I got 547 marks in neet 2019 my AIR is 25198 OBC girl will I get any college in up through state quota

Dear Shraddha, there are 5565 MBBS seats available for grabs in UP NEET Counselling. Last year 429 marks secured a seat in Lala.Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College under OBC Category. That was the cut off. But this year the cut offs have gone way higher. But with 547 you should atleast be able to get a seat in a Private Medical College.
