You have not a bad score in NEET 2019. If you belong to the general category then the chances of getting a government college is less for MBBS. But you can try in private colleges. If you belong to some other category then you have good chances of getting MBBS in government college. So do try for it.  I cannot tell the exact colleges you can get as the cutoff varies every year.
