Going by Maharashtra state domicile in OBC category, you may get a medical college. But it is very difficult (or you may not) via AIQ.

Although this year's cut off is expected to be high, let me provide you with a list of previous years' cut off marks under Maharashtra OBC quota.

Under 70% Regional:

There is only slight cut off difference in many of these colleges under 30% State (quota), even if you do not fall under 70% Regional . Best Wishes!
