As per your TS EAMCET rank and with SC category , you have good chances to get the following colleges with Pharm D course based on last year cut off data base :

• MLR Institute of Pharmacy, Dundigal-65822
• Vikas College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Rayanigudem-65864

But , you need to remember that .. every year's cut off can vary due to some factors like seat capacity, difficulty level of questions etc.
