You can get a medical seat in states other than your domicile state under All India Quota only.

As per All India Quota cutoff of Andhra Pradesh in 2018, If you belong to UR category then your chances of getting a seat in government medical and dental colleges are very low.

But if you belong to SC or ST cateogory, you might be able to grab a seat in Andhra Pradesh under All India quota.
