Hello Gvn

I think getting into top IIt's will be tough time as per your expected marks your rank will be around 1200-1500(approx).

As you know this time paper was bit easy and cutoff will increase but still you can get NIT's forsure and yes please apply to all the IIT's.

You can skip Ropar or Mandi.
