To be eligible for NEET UG Entrance examination, you must pass in all Class 12 subjects and your aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology should be -
UR - 50%
OBC/SC/ST - 40%
PWD - 45%
Comment below your individual scores (Physics, Chemistry and Biology). Then only I can say if you are eligible or not.

Dear Aniishi, for General Category, the required minimum aggregate is 50%. Even if we try rounding your aggregate, it is still 49.5%. If you have an option of improvement or betterment exams, please try that. But I would still suggest you to appear for NEET as this cannot be a hindrance to appear for NEET. Meanwhile if you can give your betterment exams, you have a chance or else you might have to wait until next year.
