Seeing your score and previous year cuttoff of medical college of Bihar,you seems to have less chance of getting medical college.You need 530+ for govt mefmedi college under UR quota.I am providing you link of orevipre year cuttoff of medical colleges of bihar:

It is fairly good chance 4 u after applying 85% state quota u may get gov seat  in mbbs but follow the councellings attentionally
