College is based on other factors also rather than your marks and rank factors are your category and state. So without these information I am not able to give the answer of your question.

Hello,

As per your percentile you won't be able to qualify the exam and so it is very difficult for you to participate in JOSSA councelling, however you can go for state level counselling like Haryana, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh etc.
