I have made a list of some colleges with their respective last year's cut off under State Quota.  

1. Shri Bhausaheb Hire Medical College, cut off 498.

2. Government Medical College, Jalgaon. Cut off 490.

These colleges had a cut off less than 500 in 2018. The cut off for this year will be dependent on many factors like the difficulty level, number of candidates appearing for the exam, number of students scoring same marks in individual subjects or overall exam, etc. Therefore, with a score of 501 you have a chance of getting admission in the above mentioned colleges in Maharashtra under State Quota.
