Yes, as your NEET score is good you may get a seat in Osmania Medical College.You will be considered as state quota candidate and 85% of seats are for state quota candidate and remaining 15% are for All India quota candidates.So as you belong to Telangana state you have good chances of fetching a seat in this college.But this is subjected based on the vacancies available, cut off rank which may slightly change.

The cut off trends tend to change every year and same can be expected for this year as well. However, for your given score, you have a good chance to get into a good college.
