Ews quota has been bought into effect from this year only that is 2019 so we do not have any past info or any previous cut offs to look at and have an idea about the same,so we would have to wait for the results to analyse how many students apply through ews quota and which are the cut off ranks making the cut however we can still predict which govt colleges through state quota and general category you can get in UP , acc to previous years cut off analysis which is subjective as it depends on level of difficulty of neet this year,no of applicants etc etc your rank will probably lie between 17817 - 25842,acc to which you can get U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Etawah,cr=24680 against 492 marks govt clg without ews quota however chances of getting more clgs will be there with ews quota.
