Dear Mamta, you havent mentioned your Category or the State you hold domicile of. If you belong to UP, with a score of 507 marks, irrespective of your Category, you have a fair chance at a seat in any Government Medical College. In 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categoroes have been as follows:

General Category: 469
OBC: 429
SC: 372
ST: 169

Now this is 2018 data. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. This year it has been speculated that the cut offs for Government Medical Colleges will be increased by 25 marks
