As you have mentioned that you are from general category it is quite difficult to get admission in government mbbs colleges.Last year itself the cutoff of government mbbs colleges went above 520.The cutoff varies every year based on no of applicants, difficulty level of question paper etc..This year the expected cutoff  would be higher.The cutoff marks for Rajiv Institute of Medical Sciences, Kadapa was 513marks.Don't worry, you can have a better idea about the possible colleges according to your rank from the following college predictor-
