First of all, congratulations for your rank. You have not mentioned the name of the entrance exam without which I won't be able to provide you with the correct information. If you really wanted to know whether yiu will get CS or not then please comment below the name of the exam. If I could predict in general then I will say that it's a bit difficult to get top colleges with these rank. Even though you will definitely get the private college so don't loose hope.
