Hello,
If I consider previous years data, then there are good chance for you to land up in good government medical college. With state quota, you can get following college-
  • Dr Vaishampayan Memorial Government Medical College, Solapur
  • Government Medical College, Miraj
  • Shree Bhausaheb Hire Medical College, Dhule
  • Rajarshee Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Government Medical College and CPR Hospital, Kolhapur
  • Government Medical College, Jalgaon
  • Indira Gandhi Medical College, Nagpur

You can check the colleges you can get from the link mentioned below
http://www.medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-maharashtra

This is just a prediction. The cut off  vary every year depending upon the difficulty level of question paper and availability of seats.
Hope this helps,
Regards!
