Since you haven't mentioned about your Rank, Category as well as State Domicile. It becomes quite tough for us to predict your chances.
As far as the Rank vs Marks of NEET 2019 is concerned, a score of 518 might correspond to a rank of about 35-40k.
If you are applying through All India Quota, I must tell that your chances to make the cut are quite bleak as a rank as far as that won't fetch you a seat.
Even in case of State Quota, belonging to UR Category, a rank as such wouldn't give you an affirmative reply unless and untill you have a Reservation.
