There is a probability that you can get MBBS seat with this much marks but chances are rare while you can get BDS seat easily as by looking into last year's cutoff it was needed to be 515 minimum for the general category. Rest this year it might will shoot up but still you probability is that you can get a seat if you apply. As as far as your rank is concerned.
