For your rank you have no chances to get admission at VIT University, Vellore but you have chances to get admission at VIT University Bhopal or Amaravati Campus. The tution fee at Amaravti campus is 1,76,000/- per year and the Bhopal campus is 1,98,000/- per year which is similar as chennai and vellore campus. The placements are currently unpredictable at both the campuses as there is no pass out batch as the both the universities itself established in 2017, the pass out batch will be in 2021. But you can expect best placements because it is a sub campus of VIT University vellore.  The hostel facility is provided to both boys and girls in both the campuses. The hostel fee at VIT Amaravti is 84,750/- per year and VIT Bhopal is 1.1 lakh per year which is quite expensive than amaravti campus. To get more details about these universities here:
