Dear,seeing this year's NEET UG cutoff which went very high that even the students getting above 500 are worries about their colleges.So ,you may get  an average ranked goverment college with these marks under state category as far as i am concerned.And if you are thinking of all india quota so it will be very difficult to secure it.

Dear Nishad, in 2018, under State Quota, 429 marks secured a seat in Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College under OBC  Category. That has been the cut off. Now this is 2018 data. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. This year it has been speculated that the cut offs for Government Medical Colleges will be increased by 25 marks. With a rank of 4782, you still have a chance at this college.
