Hello, the eligiblity criteria for admission to undergraduate medical courses through NEET is-
Candidate should pass XII with atleast 50% for General category and 40% for OBC,SC,ST in PCB subject. (Only these three)
Since you scored 50% in PCB ,you are eligible for giving NEET.
So,rest assured and put all your concentration on NEET preparations.

Should I score individually above 45 in each subject is their any rule?

No. You need to be pass in all subjects and score aggregate 50%.
