You have many options available in JEE Advanced and JEE Mains , although less chances for CSe , but you can get other branches .

JEE Mains

you can try for your home state nit and other north eastern and low nit's , where you can get core branches . You can also go for IIIT's as your preference is CS /IT and other GFTI like BIT Mesra , PEC and other college .

It is difficult to get CSE with 53k rank through Mains exam but still you can look for some of the NIT's like

• NIT, SIKKIM
• NIT, MIZORAM
• NIT, ANDHRA PRADESH
• NIT, MANIPUR

Here you might not get cse but you can definitely look for more courses.

For 23k rank in JEE Advanced, there are not enough colleges available as per the previous year cut-offs. It is very difficult to get good college in this rank.
