If I consider previous years data, then there are moderate chance for you to land up in kmc college. Based on last year results, the cut off marksunder state quota for Kakatiya Medical College, Warangal was 529 for general category. The results may differ with the rank you scored.

Whether you will get a seat or not depends on the category you belong to.If you belong to SC/ST you have chances of getting a seat in KMC but if you belong to UR then it is highly difficult to get admitted into KMC as the cutoffs for UR catgory in KMC is really high.
