In 2018, under State Quota, 473 marks secured a seat in GMC, Bhavnagar under General Category. That has been the cut off. With a score of 537 marks, going by previous cut offs, you might have a chance at:

GMC Baroda
GMC Surat
MP Shah Medical College
PDU Medical College.

Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
