If I go by  the previous year data .Then you do have chances of getting admission in some of the government colleges in bihar through state quota . According to previous year data ,minimum marks admitted for a general category student under state quota was 533 for Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College and Hospital, Gaya and Darbhanga Medical College, Laheriasarai . So you do hold a chance. But remember that cutoffs are expected to rise this time .
The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
