First of all 540 is a really good score. And you'll definitely get a MBBS seat in a government medical college.
I would like to inform you that your 12 th class dont count as long as there has to be a tie breaking. Also 12 th marks aren't the first thing to be considered in order to break the tie. Your individual marks in different subjects in NEET will be considered first for tie breaking. First biology marks, then Chemistry and then physics marks are considered.
12th class marks are considered quite later.
