Dear Mohini, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2017 under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 483
OBC: 472
SC: 412
ST: 395

We unfortunately do not have 2018 data. But considering that cut offs increase  in general, with 541 marks, irrespective of your Category, you have a chance at a Government Medical College. You might have a chance at:

Dr. Yaswant Singh Parmar Medical College
Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College
Shri Lal Bahadur Sastri Medical College

Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. You can check the cut offs of your Category at:

For BDS, government Medical colleges, under all India quota seats, HP Government Dental College & Hospital, Shimla had a cut off of 521 marks or 14332 rank for the general category.

For BDS under state quota seats, Himachal Pradesh Government Dental College and Hospital, Shimla had a cut off of 420 marks or 62843 rank for the general category.
